Realizing the value of promotional merchandise and premiums in a successful marketing campaign, Tim focuses on (1) Customer Retention; (2) Team Building and (3) Special Event Marketing. He works personally with his clients to help create winning campaigns.
Tim believes that a company’s greatest assets are its employees and current customers:
“I enjoy the challenge of creating excitement for our clients and their customers. The best salesman a company can have is an excited customer wearing your logo. There has never been a successful company that has not taken great strides to please both their customers and employees.”
Mr. Rogers believes that his greatest strength comes from his relationship with Christ:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13 is probably the verse that encourages me most. My strength is in HIM because I realize that without Him I can do nothing. I love to study the Scriptures and I pray for wisdom everyday. I realize that I am not perfect but my goal is to mirror Christ the best I can.”
Tim holds a BBA in Accounting from Southern Arkansas University and has written several articles on employee motivation and special event marketing. He has spoken at workshops on selling and customer service.
Tim Rogers, his wife Becky and daughters Rachael and Madelyn live in Southern Arkansas. He enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor sporting activities. He most recently ran the Dallas White Rock Marathon. |
